Instead of taking the lift, climb the stairs

Instead of taking a bus for short distances, walk instead.

What to eat on your weight loss diet?

What do you like to eat?

Take away the fried food.

Take away the chocolate and alcohol.

Substitute your regular food with lower fat versions

Throw in some green vegetables and fruit.

Keep your calorie count between 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day.
