This seems like exactly what we girls need. Rub it on for that extra edge. Then work out. Wonderful for those whose bodies just don't seem to respond to hours on that treadmill. You know, that jiggly fat that refuses to budge.

Update on my HFR4Her test. Almost finished my first tube of HFR for her. This stuff subdued my jiggle belly in less than a month. Ok, I applied it very generously over my abdomen and sides. The sides had the most effect. Waistline seems smaller. Measures like half inch less. Jiggly belly jiggles less now and is firmer. It still is there, still bulges, but the bulge is less, so this stuff works. I use it everyday even when I don't work out. Work outs alone don't have as much effect as work outs combined with the application of HFR4Her.
Found another source of HFR4Her - Amazon. I've been hunting this down for ages since my last order which never got through. Amazon should be reliable compared to the previous place I bought that gel from.
