Stair climbing
One quick way to burn calories is to climb the stairs - as in climbing up and down the stairs without a break for at least thirty minutes.

Sounds like torture?
Actually, it is quite enjoyable. I started yesterday after my husbands nagging about me not taking care of myself and my growing weight problem. Also, I wanted a break from the computer and to just do something mindless. Walking up and down the stairs is a mindless activity. I can let my mind wander as I walk past the neighbours' flats from one floor to another. Also, it boosts one's mood. I was feeling really down. Stair climbing gave me that runner's high. It also relieves stress and sweating it out away from my work made me feel a lot better.

Today, I got so frustrated with my work, once I had the chance, I went stair climbing again. The good thing about this is that there is no need to worry about the weather. Jogging in the park can turn unpleasant if there is a sudden downpour. Stairclimbing, rain or shine, you'll still stay dry in the shelter.
The only thing better than this would be a workout that involves a step. This one's great. The FIRM. Guaranteed visible results in 10 workouts!
