Taebo, that kick ass workout by Billy Blanks is my workout of choice. In particular, billy blank boot camp elite. I got that workout from a friend when it was launched last year. I admit I haven't been consistent as I've been extremely busy... lazy. There really was no excuse for me to slack off like that as some of the workouts in the billy blanks bootcamp work out schedule take only 30 minutes out of a 24 hour day.

The upbeat team that demonstrate's the workout and the catchy music actually makes this fun. Serious. When I play the video, my kids join in the workout. If motivation is a problem for you, this video would definitely help. The enthusiasm Billy and the gang demonstrate throughout the workout is totally contagious.
If you're a mom with fat that just wouldn't budge and have given up ever losing that weight, take heart. A number of those women in that video are moms and their stomachs look better than teenagers. If they can do it, so can you. The lack of motivation is the main reason why many people fail to lose weight. With a fun video like this, you'll even look forward to your weight loss hour. Yes, the Mission 3 main workout takes 30 minutes but the other 2 workouts take 45 minutes and 55 minutes each. When I'm pressed for time (which seems to be the case everyday) I'd just stick to mission 3 which targets the abs. Ideally, you should follow the workout plan which alternates all 3 videos.
